This tattoo was done on my 19th birthday. I had originally planned on getting a fox, something that had no significant meaning, but an animal I seemed to be exceptionally fond of. Long story short, I saw this picture a few days prior to getting it done and decided it was the one. It just seemed to capture my attention.

I’m sure most people don’t see it, but it’s a reminder to myself. My ex and I had recently broken up and I ended up feeling so worthless, even while we had been dating, and that’s what it is, a reminder to never put myself in that position again. One wolf is giving the other is taking, and classic love/hate relationship. I guess that in real life, wolves can either do this to show dominance or love, so it just seemed perfect.
